Have a question, spotted an outdated fact, or want to suggest a guide? At Hajime News we like contact to be direct and human. No endless forms or auto-replies: you write, we read it, and a real person answers.

What can you write to us about?

Any message related to the site is welcome. These are the most common reasons:

• Correct a fact. If a series has changed platforms, a watch order is outdated, or you spot an error in a guide, let us know: corrections are our priority. Tell us the URL and what needs to change.
• Suggest a guide. Missing the watch order for a specific anime, or a Japanese culture topic you'd like explained? Tell us; many of our guides come from reader requests.
• Collaborations and press. Media, authors or platforms wanting to propose an editorial collaboration can write to the same email. We do not publish sponsored content disguised as a guide.
• Affiliation and advertising. For questions about our Amazon affiliate links or site advertising, check our About Us page first, where we explain how we're funded.
• Privacy and data. To exercise your rights over personal data (access, rectification, erasure), check our privacy policy and email us.

How to help us reply faster

To resolve your message on the first try, please include:

• The exact URL of the page you're referring to, if it's about a specific guide.
• A clear description of the issue or suggestion (what you expected and what you found).
• If it's a correction, the source you're basing it on (platform catalog, air date, etc.), if you have it handy.

Response times

We're an independent project, so we don't reply instantly, but we read every message. We usually respond within one or two business days. Urgent corrections of an incorrect fact are prioritized: we'd rather fix a guide today than leave it wrong for a week.
